First Look to Last Dance

Your Day, Moment by MomentNothing gets missed

A classic American wedding runs on a timeline, and the timeline is where most of them go wrong. Portraits get squeezed, the toasts run long, the cake gets cut while the photographer is eating. Weddings Unlimited builds the day backwards from sunset and stays for all of it, because photography, video, DJ, photo booth and coordination are all unlimited time with no overtime charge.

01

Getting Ready

The dress on the hanger, the letters, your mom's face, a groomsman genuinely losing a fight with a bow tie. We show up before hair and makeup are finished, which is earlier than most people expect and where half the good candids live.

02

The First Look

Optional, and worth talking through properly. Doing one gets most of your portraits done before the ceremony and buys you your own cocktail hour. Skipping one keeps the aisle moment intact. We will tell you honestly what each choice costs you in time.

03

The Ceremony

Two angles, one on your faces and one on your parents' faces. Nobody walks down the middle of your aisle, and we ask your officiant to announce an unplugged ceremony if you want one, so your recessional is not a wall of phones.

04

Family Formals

The part everybody dreads, because it is usually run badly. We take your list in advance, call names out loud, and work in an order that lets grandparents sit down first. Twenty minutes rather than forty five.

05

Golden Hour Portraits

Fifteen minutes right before sunset, and the best light of your entire day. Your coordinator puts it in the timeline as a real block with a real time on it, so the reception does not quietly swallow it.

06

Toasts and the First Dance

Your DJ runs the mic so your best man is not fighting feedback, cues your song at the right second, and knows when to let a slow dance breathe and when to bring the room back up.

07

Cake, Bouquet and Garter

Short, specific and easy to miss if the crew is on a break. They go on the run sheet with times next to them, and somebody is always covering the floor when they happen.

08

The Last Dance and the Exit

Sparklers, cold sparks, glow sticks, or a quiet last song with the twenty people who stayed. Because our time is unlimited, the end of your night is photographed exactly like the beginning.

The Timeline Is the Product

Most wedding day stress is a scheduling problem wearing a costume. Our coordinators build backwards from sunset, put a real number on every block, and share the timeline with your venue, your florist and your officiant so everyone is working from the same page.

Barn, Ballroom, Garden or Country Club

We have photographed weddings at more than 450 Texas and Arizona venues, and there is a page for most of them with real photos taken there. Odds are we already know your room, your light and where the good portrait spots are.

Bundle and Save

Photography, video, DJ, photo booth and coordination from one company means one timeline, one point of contact and one bill. Couples regularly save $1,000 to $3,000 versus booking four separate vendors, and the crew already works together.

Ceremony to Cake

Vows, rings and the first thing you do as a married couple

The parts of the day everyone pictures when they imagine a wedding, and the parts that are hardest to redo. A ring going on, a ceremony in full sun, a cake cut in front of everyone you know.

Asked and Answered

Wedding Questions, AnsweredNo runaround

How much does a wedding photographer cost in Texas?

Wedding photography with Weddings Unlimited is $1,950 for unlimited time across Texas and Arizona. Videography is $1,950, a DJ and MC is $1,485, a photo booth is $1,000 and day of coordination is $1,500. Photography and videography together are $2,975, and photography, videography and DJ together are $3,875.

What does unlimited time actually mean?

It means there is no hourly package and no overtime charge. Your photographer arrives before hair and makeup are finished and stays through the exit, however long that takes. The same applies to videography, the DJ, the photo booth and coordination. The price on this page is the price whether your day runs eight hours or fourteen.

Should we do a first look?

It is a genuine trade off. A first look gets most of your portraits done before the ceremony, which usually means you actually attend your own cocktail hour. Skipping one keeps the aisle moment as the first time you see each other, but it pushes all the portraits into a tighter window afterwards. We will walk you through what each one costs you in time.

How much time do we need for family formals?

About twenty minutes if the list is written down in advance and somebody is calling names out loud, and closer to forty five if it is improvised. We take your list beforehand and work in an order that releases grandparents and small children first.

What time should our ceremony start?

Work backwards from sunset rather than forwards from the invitation. For outdoor portraits you want roughly ninety minutes of daylight after the ceremony ends, plus time for family formals. Our coordinators build the whole timeline from the sunset time on your actual date and venue.

Do you charge overtime if the reception runs late?

No. There is no overtime charge on any Weddings Unlimited service. If your reception runs an extra hour, your photographer, videographer and DJ are still there and the price does not change.

Can we meet our photographer and DJ before we book?

Yes, and we think you should. We recommend people who fit your date and your style, you look at their real work and meet them, and then you choose. We recommend and you choose, you always have creative control over who is assigned to your wedding.

How much do we save by bundling?

Photography and videography together are $2,975 rather than $3,900. Photography and DJ together are $2,575. The Grand Celebration Bundle of photography, videography and DJ is $3,875, which is $1,510 less than booking the three separately, and the Ultimate Celebration Bundle adds a photo booth for $4,475.

Do you have a photo booth?

Yes. A photo booth is $1,000 and includes unlimited prints, props, a backdrop and an attendant, with nine booth styles to choose from. There is also the InstaSocial booth, a simpler digital only option, and the Ooby Dooby VW bus booth at $1,500 flat.

Do you have coordinators, or do we need a separate planner?

We have day of coordinators on staff at $1,500. They build your timeline, share it with your other vendors, run the rehearsal and the day itself, and because they work with our photographers and DJs every weekend there is no negotiating between vendors on your wedding day.

Do you cover weddings in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Phoenix?

Yes. Weddings Unlimited serves Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Phoenix, plus Scottsdale, Sedona and Flagstaff in Arizona. Our local team is in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth, Phoenix and San Antonio, and pricing is the same in every market with no travel fee.
