The tea ceremony happens early, in a small room, in a specific order. The door games happen before anyone is dressed. The banquet always runs long. We staff for all of it.

Your Traditions, One by OneWe know the order

An Asian wedding is usually two celebrations in one day, and the traditional half is the one that gets rushed. The Chinese tea ceremony happens early, in a tight room, served in a specific order of elders. Korean paebaek is fast and full of hands. Vietnamese le gia tien happens at a family home hours before anyone reaches the venue. Weddings Unlimited staffs Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Filipino weddings around those rooms, not just the reception.

01

Chinese Tea Ceremony

Served in birth order, to his family then hers, or both in one room if you are combining them. It happens early and in a tight space with a lot of elders. We shoot from the side so nobody has their back to the camera in the family frames, and we get a clean shot of the tea set and the red envelopes before they are opened.

02

Door Games

Chuangmen, the groom and his brothers negotiating past the bridesmaids. It is loud, it is funny and it is over in twenty minutes. Our second shooter is inside with the bride while the first is outside with the groom, so you get both sides of the door.

03

Korean Paebaek

Hanbok, the deep bow, the jujubes and chestnuts thrown into the cloth. Everyone's hands are moving and the catch happens once. We shoot low and close for the throw and wide for the bow.

04

Vietnamese Le Gia Tien

The ancestral altar, the ao dai, the tea and the jewelry from his mother. This usually happens at a family home hours before the venue, so it gets its own block on the timeline with travel time built in. We come to the house.

05

The Second and Third Outfit

Most of our couples wear two or three looks. Every change costs real minutes. We build each one into the schedule with a portrait window attached, so the ao dai, the qipao or the hanbok gets more than a hallway snapshot.

06

Filipino Veil, Cord and Coins

The veil pinned, the cord draped in a figure eight, the arrhae handed over. Three sets of sponsors, three moments, all at the altar and all within a few minutes. We know which sponsor is stepping up next so the camera is already there.

07

The Banquet

Eight, nine, ten courses, speeches between them, and a schedule that moves when the kitchen moves. Our MC works from your run sheet and adjusts live. We do not charge overtime when dinner runs long, and dinner runs long.

08

The Send Off

Sparklers, lanterns, a red carpet exit, or a last quiet toast with the family who stayed. Whatever ends your night is on the shot list and we are still there for it.

Two Ceremonies, One Day

A morning tea ceremony at a family home and a Western ceremony at a venue is a normal booking for us. We staff a second photographer when the day genuinely carries two ceremonies so neither gets covered by one exhausted person, and your coordinator builds the travel time in instead of hoping.

Your Family's Order, Not a Template

Whose family is served first, who bows to whom, which elders are named out loud, which language the MC uses. Put it in the planning app and it goes straight into the run sheet, and the whole crew reads it before they arrive.

Red, Gold and Getting the Color Right

Red silk, gold thread and warm banquet uplighting are unforgiving to edit. Our editors grade these galleries so red stays red and skin stays natural instead of going orange. That is a real editing decision, not a filter.

The Traditional Half

Tea ceremony · Red qipao, gift trays and the family in the room

The part of the day that happens before most vendors show up. A bride in red with gold in her hair, elders seated and waiting, trays carried in, and a room small enough that where the photographer stands actually matters.

The Banquet and the Send Off

Red lanterns · A long banquet and a red carpet exit

Rows of red lanterns, groomsmen who have been waiting all day for this part, a course count nobody can remember, and a send off loud enough to hear from the parking lot. This is the half that runs past its slot, every time.

Why Couples Book Us

Built for a Day With Two Ceremonies in ItNo clock, no template

Weddings Unlimited is family owned, 16 years in, 8,000+ weddings and 90+ people on staff. Here is what that actually buys you.

01

Unlimited Time, Both Halves

A tea ceremony at eight in the morning and a banquet that ends at midnight is one booking, not two. We do not bill by the hour and we do not charge overtime when the reception runs past its slot, which it will.

02

A Second Shooter Where It Matters

Door games on one side of a door, the bride on the other. Two ceremonies in two places. When the day genuinely needs two photographers we say so, and the second photographer is $750.

03

You Pick Your Own Team

We recommend and you choose, you always have creative control. Look at real work, meet them, then decide. With more than 90 people on staff we can usually match the style and the energy your family is expecting.

04

Color That Holds Up

Red silk, gold thread and banquet uplighting are hard to edit well. Our galleries are graded so red reads red and skin reads natural, which is the difference between a photo you print and one you scroll past.

Transparent pricing, no hidden fees, and every service gets cheaper when you put two together. Couples regularly save $1,000 to $3,000 bundling instead of booking four separate vendors.

You Have Full Control

Asked and Answered

Asian Wedding Questions, AnsweredNo runaround

Do you photograph Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Filipino weddings?

Yes. Weddings Unlimited photographs, films, DJs and coordinates Asian weddings across Texas and Arizona, including the Chinese tea ceremony, door games, Korean paebaek, Vietnamese le gia tien and the Filipino veil, cord and coin rituals. We take your order of service in writing before the day and the whole crew reads it.

How much does an Asian wedding photographer cost in Texas?

Wedding photography with Weddings Unlimited is $1,950 for unlimited time, and that is the same price for an Asian wedding as for any other. Videography is $1,950, a DJ and MC is $1,485, a photo booth is $1,000 and day of coordination is $1,500. Photography and videography together are $2,975, and photography, videography and DJ together in the Grand Celebration Bundle are $3,875.

Will you come to the house for the tea ceremony or le gia tien?

Yes. Home ceremonies are part of the booking, not an add on. Because our time is unlimited, a tea ceremony at a family home in the morning and a reception at a venue that night are covered under one price. Tell us the address and we build the travel time into the timeline.

Do you know the order of a Chinese tea ceremony?

Yes. Tea is served kneeling or standing to the eldest relatives first and works down by seniority, usually to the groom's family and then the bride's, and red envelopes or jewelry come back in return. Families do it differently, so we take your order and the list of who is being served before the day rather than guessing on the morning.

Can you cover a Korean paebaek?

Yes. The bow, the hanbok, the sharing of the dates and chestnuts and the catch in the cloth all happen quickly and in a small space. We position one photographer low and close for the throw and one wide for the bow, and we photograph the paebaek table setting before the guests come in.

Do you have a bilingual MC?

Sometimes. We have more than 90 people on staff and some of our DJs and MCs speak a second language. Ask us for your specific date and we will tell you honestly who is available rather than promising someone we cannot deliver. If we cannot match the language, we work alongside your family's MC and keep the run sheet in both.

We are having two ceremonies in one day. Does that cost more?

No. Our photography, videography, DJ and coordination are all unlimited time, so two ceremonies in one day are covered at the same price as one. The only thing that sometimes changes is whether you want a second photographer, which is $750, and we tell you honestly whether your day needs one.

Can you handle three outfit changes?

Yes, and the thing to plan for is time rather than coverage. Each change realistically costs twenty to thirty minutes once hair and accessories are counted. Our coordinators give each look its own block with a short portrait window attached, so the qipao, the ao dai or the hanbok gets photographed properly instead of in a hallway.

How do you keep red and gold from looking orange?

Warm banquet lighting pushes red toward orange and skin toward yellow, and most automatic editing makes it worse. Our editors colour grade these galleries by hand so the red of a qipao or an ao dai stays true and skin tones stay natural under mixed tungsten and LED light.

Do you photograph the banquet and the door games as well as the ceremony?

Yes. Door games, the tea ceremony, the Western ceremony, the full multi course banquet and the send off are all one continuous booking. There is no hourly package and no point in the day where coverage stops because a package ran out.

Do you cover Asian weddings in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Phoenix?

Yes. Weddings Unlimited serves Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Phoenix, plus Scottsdale, Sedona and Flagstaff in Arizona. Our local team is in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth, Phoenix and San Antonio, and pricing is the same in every market with no travel fee.
