The Epic Celebration Bundle is $5,950 and includes two wedding photographers, videography, DJ and MC service, an attended photo booth, unlimited Magic Moments special effects and unlimited lighting effects, all with unlimited continuous coverage. Priced separately those pieces come to $7,530, so the bundle saves you $1,580. Taxes are included and there are no added fees.

Is there an hourly limit on the Epic bundle?
No. Every service in this bundle carries unlimited continuous coverage, which means your team stays from the time they arrive until the last song. There is no package of hours to run out of and no overtime rate.
Do we get to choose our photographer, videographer and DJ?
Yes. We recommend the people we think fit your day and your style, and you choose. You always have creative control, and you can meet them before you sign.
Can we change what is in the Epic bundle?
Yes. Add or remove any service and the price moves with it. The pricing calculator at https://weddingsunlimited.com/pricing/ rebuilds the bundle live as you toggle services, so you can see the number before you talk to anyone.
Which cities does the Epic bundle cover?
Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Beaumont, the Hill Country and Phoenix, plus Scottsdale, Sedona and Flagstaff. The price is the same in every one of them, with no travel fee.
How do we hold our wedding date?
A small retainer holds the date and the rest of the balance is due 30 days before the wedding. One contract covers every service in the bundle, so there is nothing to chase down later.
How long until we get our photos and video?
Photo galleries come back in 6 to 8 weeks. Wedding films take 8 to 12 weeks depending on the season. Both arrive in a private online gallery you can share.
What does the second photographer actually do?
The second photographer covers what the lead cannot be in two places for. One partner getting ready while the lead covers the other, alternate ceremony angles, guest and family reactions, cocktail hour and reception details. A second photographer on its own is $750.
What does unlimited Magic Moments mean?
Magic Moments is our special effects line: cold spark fountains, CO2 guns, confetti, streamers, dancing on a cloud and monogram projection. Unlimited means we fire them through the night rather than once for a photo. On its own Magic Moments is $395.
Can we add day of coordination to this bundle?
Yes. Day of coordination is $1,500 on its own and less inside a bundle. If you want it built in from the start, the Grand Hoopla Bundle at $11,075 includes it along with everything else we offer.
