Day-of Wedding Coordinator in Texas & Arizona

Day of wedding coordination is $1,500 flat. That covers four planning meetings, your full wedding day timeline, your music and announcement timeline, vendor confirmations, and unlimited continuous hours onsite starting two hours before the ceremony, for up to 150 guests. There are no hourly rates and no overtime, and the price drops when you bundle coordination with photography, videography, DJ and MC or a photo booth.

A full planner designs your wedding from scratch and makes the creative decisions with you over a year or more. Day of coordination assumes you have already chosen what you want, and takes over the logistics: the timeline, the vendor communication, the floor plan and the running of the actual day. You keep control of the vision, we take the clipboard.

The day you book. The first of four meetings is a planning kickstart with a Weddings Unlimited Certified Timeline Genius as soon as you sign. The second is a timeline audit 100 days before the wedding, the third is a 30 day coordinator introduction and planning meeting, and the fourth is a finalization meeting 14 days out. Most of the work is finished before anyone arrives at the venue.

Unlimited continuous hours, starting two hours before the ceremony. We do not stop at a set number and there is no overtime charge, so the coordinator is still there for the send off.

Yes. We connect you with Weddings Unlimited approved vendors, all of them vetted, and we review the contracts with you before you sign. You still choose who you hire, and you are never required to book anyone through us.

The $1,500 package covers up to 150 guests. Above that, one coordinator is not enough to run the room properly, so we quote an assistant separately rather than stretching one person across a bigger wedding.

Us. The coordinator is the vendor contact for the entire day, which means the florist who is running late and the caterer with a question both call the coordinator instead of calling you or your mother.

We build it with you. You tell us what matters and when, and we turn it into a real wedding day timeline plus a separate music and announcement timeline, then send both to every vendor and to the venue so nobody is working off a different version.

Yes. Your floor plan is built in a to-scale three dimensional model of your actual venue, so you can see where every table and the dance floor sit and how guests move through the night before anything is set up.
