Cold Sparks “Safe Fireworks”
There are few things more striking than a beautiful fireworks display. Unfortunately, fireworks are too dangerous for most situations due to their nature. Hence the creation of Cold Sparks- a special effect that looks like pyrotechnic fireworks displays, without the dangers of fireworks.
How do they work?
Cold Sparks technology uses physics instead of chemistry to create the dazzling firework look. Instead of relying on a flame or pilot flame to ignite as pyrotechnics and fireworks do. The Cold Sparks machine uses packaged grains of zirconium & titanium, which burn at a cool 62 degrees, colder than human body temperatures, versus the 1,200 degrees Fahrenheit that traditional pyrotechnics and fireworks burn at.
Thus, giving fire marshalls, venue owners, and wedding planners peach of mind that nothing will catch fire, and they can use them indoors instead of being regulated to the outdoor venues.
How are they operated?
Cold Sparks machine is digitally controlled by a controller that an operator runs. The controller allows you to set height (Up to 16ft), volume, frequency (10,20.30 seconds).
Where traditional pyrotechnics can only be ignited once and not stopped till they run out of fuel, the Cold Sparks machine runs for 10 minutes per grain packed and can be adjusted while running.
