What makes lighting intelligent

Intelligent fixtures are moving heads: they pan, tilt, change color and change pattern on cue instead of running a fixed loop. Practically, that means your DJ can hold the room at a warm, low, dinner-appropriate look and then open it up when the floor fills, all from one console. A basic light kit cannot do that, which is why so many receptions feel like the same brightness from the first course to the last song.

When it earns its keep

Any reception where the dancing matters more than the centerpieces. It is the single biggest difference between a reception that looks like a hotel ballroom at 10pm and one that looks like a party. Pair it with CO2 or lasers and the last hour genuinely changes shape.

Will your venue allow it?

Fixtures go on stands or on existing rigging and need standard power at the DJ booth, which every venue has. Some historic rooms limit where a stand can sit, so we look at your layout ahead of time. Nothing here involves flame, fog or anything the fire code cares about.
