Houston Wedding Photographer, Videographer & DJ at Big Brothers Big Sisters Event Space
The Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star building on Washington Avenue holds a seven thousand square foot event space just outside downtown Houston. Named for the W.T. and Louise J. Moran Foundation, the room is defined by floor to ceiling windows that frame the skyline and by an open air balcony next to it, which is why evening receptions and skyline portraits work so well here. It holds 326 standing, 250 theater style and roughly 200 at tables, and the open plan adapts to weddings, galas and receptions. A full service catering kitchen supports plated dinners and outside caterers. Rental proceeds fund the organization's youth mentoring programs, and nonprofit renters get a reduced rate.
