Hidden Oaks Events sits on oak shaded grounds in Angleton, about forty five minutes south of Houston in Brazoria County, with a lagoon and an open meadow behind the hall. The ceremony happens under mature live oaks and the reception moves into a banquet hall with its own dance floor and a caterer kitchen, plus a patio and deck looking back over the grounds. Both indoor and outdoor ceremonies work here and amplified music is allowed in either, which is rarer than it sounds and it means the DJ is not fighting the venue. Dressing suites are included, catering comes off a preferred list and alcohol is bring your own. We have photographed, filmed, DJed and run photo booths here. The oaks give beautiful filtered light and they also eat two stops, so the ceremony time matters.
