Iram's Reception Hall on Pasadena Boulevard, part of the D'Gala group, is one of the busiest quinceanera and wedding halls on the east side of Houston, and it is built for a party: a big open dance floor under crystal chandeliers, room for 300, tables, chairs and linens included, uniformed security, wait staff and cleanup handled, and outside caterers welcome. Doors run from 5pm to 2am. The dark walls and chandeliers make a dramatic frame once the lighting comes up. We have photographed a celebration here and know how the chandeliers and stage lighting read on camera, and how much a dancing-on-a-cloud entrance, cold sparklers and our photo booth add in a room this size.
