Dallas Wedding Photographer, Videographer & DJ at The Filter Building
The Filter Building sits right on the bank of White Rock Lake on White Rock Road, a genuinely historic piece of Dallas waterworks turned event hall and run today by the nonprofit White Rock Boathouse. The main room is all raw brick, tall arched windows down both long walls and a ceiling of exposed steel trusses and beams left honestly on show, with patio space outside and the lake beyond. It holds 200 standing and seats about 165 with a dance floor in. The trusses are the reason this room photographs so well at night: they give uplighting and pin spots something to catch, and the brick throws warm bounce back onto the dance floor. We have photographed, filmed and DJed weddings at The Filter Building.
