The Windrow is a family owned venue on eighteen acres of family land in Plantersville, sitting between Houston, Magnolia, Conroe, The Woodlands, Brenham and College Station. The property is built for weddings in the eighty to one hundred guest range, which is exactly the size where every detail shows, and the pond on the grounds is the signature backdrop for both the ceremony and portraits. Inside, the hall has vaulted ceilings, pendant lighting and a white mantel fireplace, and there is an indoor ceremony option with that fireplace as the altar when the weather turns. We have photographed, filmed and run sound here. The room is bright and forgiving in daylight and goes flat fast after sunset, which is the single biggest thing to plan around.
