Staff pairing process starts at 100 days before your wedding. Once you have your final call with our planning team your event details are shared with that staff member to reach out to you. Remember call with your specific staff member are to go over details and introduce yourselves to each other, details and changes are made with the planning team to ensure they are properly updated and executed. “Organized stuff for organized people, creative stuff for creative people”

We suggest having all planning apps/forms at least 90% completed by 100 days before your event for our pairing process to begin. All planning tools (Vibo DJ app, Photography/Videography Style Questionnaires, Photobooth template chosen) should be fully completed by your final planning call with our team, which will be about 45 days before your event. Please keep a look out for an email from our team regarding scheduling this meeting!

DJ & Photobooth services are scheduled to arrive 2 hours before your event start time for set up. Photographers and Videographers typically arrive 1 hour before the bride get her dress on, or another agreed upon arrival time, which will be discussed on your final planning call (45 days out).

YES – we do ask that all staff is fed a full balanced meal, which is typically served while the happy couple or guests are eating too.

Our base DJ set up needs about 6ft x 6ft space minimum, and the photobooth needs 8ft x 8ft.
